3 days tour from Fes to Marrakech takes you on an adventure to Marrakech throughout the desert of Morocco.

Fez and Marrakech are definitely charming and beautiful cities that reflect the traditional culture of Morocco. Therefore, before you travel to the desert, you must have visited Fez before so that you can enjoy one or two days in the city.

Tours from Fes to Marrakech include camel trekking, camping in the desert, and visiting many cultural sites between Fes and Marrakech. They include essentially the Ksar of Ait Benhaddou which is a popular site featured in many Hollywood movies, recently crowned as the second beautiful Instagram location in the Game of Thrones, Atlas Studio, nicknamed as Hollywood of Africa.

Day 1 – Fes – Midelt – Erfoud – Merzouga – Erg Chebbi

In the first day of our 3 days tour from Fes to Marrakech, you wake up early. At 8:00 a.m, we depart from Fez towards Midelt. We cross the two charming cities of Ifran and Azrou. We stop at the Cedar forest of Azrou to take pictures of the Barbarian appes. Then we drive towards Midelt. We stop for lunch.

In the afternoon, we drive to Erfoud, which is the start of the Sahara desert. Once you arrive to the dunes of Erg Chebbi, a small offroad takes you to the edge of the golden dunes where camels are waiting for you, the luggage will be loaded in an 4×4 car and transported to your lux camps. However, you ride camels for about one hour over the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. On the way, you will have the chance to see the majestic sight of the sunset. After reaching your lux camp, you will be greated with tea and smiles. You then be shown to your beautiful comfortable private tents equipped with ensuite bathrooms and showers to relax and settle before dinner time.

After a delicious meal, fire will be lit and a festive ambiance takes over with musical plays by the staff and cameleers under the starry night of the desert !

Day 2 – Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges

In the second day, you wake up early to watch the most beautiful Sunrise of the Sahara desert. You can take pictures too. Then, you will have breakfast in your lux camp. After that, you ride camels again coming back to Merzouga.

You start your travel from Merzouga by driving to Erfoud, a city known by fossils’ making. You drive through palm-groves and Savanah like Desert. When you reach Erfoud, you stop for lunch. Then you take a short walk in Todra Gorges. You head to your stopping point, Dades Gorge. Dinner and overnight in the hotel of Dades Gorge.

Day 3 – Dades Gorges- Skoura – Ouarzazate- Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

In the last day of our 3 Days Tour from Fes to Marrakech, you will have a short walk in the gorges before you continue to Marrakech. You will drive following the Dades Valley through El Kelaa Magona; known as the Valley of Roses, and the road of a thousand Kasbahs. Ye visit of Ouarzazate and you stop for lunch in Ait Ben Haddou. A village known worldwide by its Kasbah. Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou is a famous protected UNESCO site which is the nest of many films like the Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia and much more. Finally, you will drive via the twists and the turns of Tichka pass to arrive to Marrakech.
